Who doesn’t want a healthy and strong nails ! Its easy to maintain your nail health @ home with few methodologies and if you have the time and patience
DIY 1 :
Mix 1 teaspoon of olive oil and castor oil . Heat the mixture and dip your nails or hand in the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes. Wash your hands with warm water . Use this altleast once a week
DIY 2:
Peel a garlic clove. Crush it with hand or spoon. Gently rub garlic on your nails and massage your nails for 5 mins. Wash your hands with liquid soap and moisturize
To achieve strong nails
- Avoid nail bitching or scratching
- If you are washing utensils with bare hands, make sure you apply a moisturizer or oil after washing
- Regularly buff and trim your nails
- Apply a base coat and clear nail polish
- Avoid nail polish that cause stains
- If you are ok to spend money, get a regular manicure at salon
