Who doesn’t want a healthy and strong nails ! Its easy to maintain your nail health @ home with few methodologies and if you have the time and patience 

DIY 1 :

Mix 1 teaspoon of olive oil and castor oil . Heat the mixture and dip your nails or hand in the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes. Wash your hands with warm water . Use this altleast once a week 

DIY 2:

Peel a garlic clove. Crush it with hand or spoon. Gently rub garlic on your nails and massage your nails for 5 mins. Wash your hands with liquid soap and moisturize

To achieve strong nails

  • Avoid nail bitching or scratching
  • If you are washing utensils with bare hands, make sure you apply a moisturizer or oil after washing
  • Regularly buff and trim your nails  
  • Apply a base coat and clear nail polish 
  • Avoid nail polish that cause stains
  • If you are ok to spend money, get a regular manicure at salon

DIY for healthy and shiny hair

This is my first post  in this space 🙂 Feeling excited to start my blogging journey . Well lets start with this awesome DIY to get strong, healthy and shiny hair Healthy hair

 Ingredients needed:

  1. Fenugreek seeds
  2. Curd 3 tablespoons
  3. Water 
  4. Curry leaves – 2 sprigs

How to make the mixture:

In a bowl- add curd, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and water . Leave it overnight. Next day put them in mixer and grind until smooth 

How to apply :

You can apply this either in oiled hair or in pre washed hair. Cover scalp and strands of hair with this paste . Leave for 1 hour or more. Shampoo and condition as usual . Air dry or blow dry your hair 

Viola- Your hair will be smooth,soft, shiny and radiant after this:)

Try this once a week or twice a month to have strong and healthy hair
