images (1)My experience:

I love this oil and its true to its claim of reducing stress and relieves tension providing instant coolness to your head. I also noticed that it helps me to reduce my body heat as well . Its bit sticky , but i don’t mind.I usually apply it on my hair and wash off after an hour. Once I tried to keep it overnight and notices extra hair fall 😦  Post that experience I try to wash it of soon. I’m not sure of its claim in promoting hair growth and preventing dandruff, since I have been using for 3 weeks alone and I don’t have dandruff.

Overall I’m happy with this purchase and I’ll continue buying this since its holy grail oil for the boy 🙂

  1. True to its claims – It gives an instant cooling sensation
  2. Relieves stress and you can feel the instant relaxation
  3. Affordable and decently priced
  4. Makes hair smooth after hair wash
  5. Easily gets out of your head with normal shampooing
  6. It’s not thick and not super sticky

  1. Although the bottle seems sturdy and leak proof, able to see oil seepage.
  2. Not a travel friendly bottle
  3. Will cause hair loss, if kept in the hair for more than an hour. I suppose it’s because of menthol
  4. Strong camphor smell

Rating: 4.5 /5

Will I recommend to others:

Yes  ! Yes !

Will I buy again :

Yes! Definitely

The shampoo comes in usual Biotique type sturdy bottle and its safe for travelling as well, if you don’t mind it for being bulky. The shampoo claims to be herbal , but I dint get any herbal smell . It effectively removed oil from hair and don’t need to use much shampoo to clean my hair.It lather well and can be washed off with ease. It does not leave any residue behind and cleans the scalp of oil and dirt. Scalp feels fresh and squeaky clean. Hair definitely gets a slightly lifted look. It doesn’t necessarily add much shine, but hair feels slightly soft and smooth.

Henna also helped to achieve shine and smooth texture. As as added advantage, it helped to cool down my body. Those who have sinus or might get cold soon, please wash the henna paste within 30 minutes of application. If you are okay to keep it for a long time, keep it minimum an hour to 3 hours . Shampoo and condition as usual .

  1. Henna powder (store-bought . I have used Banjaras natural henna)
  2. Whole egg (Use egg white , if you can’t tolerate the smell)
  3. Curd or Yogurt
  4. Lime juice
  5. Ground coffee powder
  6. Coconut oil or olive oil

Hair mask to treat premature greying hair

Premature graying of hair is a normal occurrence in people these days. It is characterized by fading out of hair, with the color draining from it. The condition can affect anyone, causing a young person to look older than he/she actually is.Diet also plays an important role in premature graying of the hair. Especially the deficiency of Vitamin B, copper, iron and iodine causes premature graying.

Our hair follicles contain a pigment called melanin. When the body stops producing the pigments hair start becoming colorless, turning white. It is the combination of black and white hair, which gives the look of gray color to a person’s hair.  However, the dullness of the hair can be removed easily, regaining the shine and radiance, by regular use of this homemade hair mask treatment.
