After having good experience with Biotique watercress conditioner, I bought Biotique walnut bark shampoo from my local supermarket. My experience:

The shampoo comes in usual Biotique type sturdy bottle and its safe for travelling as well, if you don’t mind it for being bulky. The shampoo claims to be herbal , but I dint get any herbal smell . It effectively removed oil from hair and don’t need to use much shampoo to clean my hair.It lather well and can be washed off with ease. It does not leave any residue behind and cleans the scalp of oil and dirt. Scalp feels fresh and squeaky clean. Hair definitely gets a slightly lifted look. It doesn’t necessarily add much shine, but hair feels slightly soft and smooth.

You can’t skip conditioner especially if you have dry hair like me. Overall its value for money and a decent buy. I don’t feel bad or great with this buy. It’s a usual shampoo on its segment

  1. Its herbal product( as it claims)
  2. From a trusted brand
  3. Easily available online as well in market
  4. lathers well and gives squeaky clean
  5. Not tested on animals
  6. Sturdy packaging
  7. Decently priced

  1. Contains SLS
  2. Doesn’t add visible bounce and volume
  3. People with dry hair should use deep conditioner

Rating: 3.5 /5

Will I recommend to others:

Yes , Why not, it’s a decent buy

Will I purchase again:

May be ! there are other products available in market.

20140308_161008 My experience:

The conditioner is green unlike other conditioners available in market. It’s gel consistency similar to any aloe Vera gel. I don’t have colored or permed hair, so I can’t comment on effectiveness over there. I quite liked this conditioner. It improved the texture of my hair and added shine. It washes off easily with less water. It dint weigh my hair down, controls frizz to an extent and retains moisture to hair. It’s a good conditioner for everyday use and free from silicone or parabens. Overall I’m happy with this buy J

  1. Herbal smell
